Our mission is to provide guests with a comfortable, cozy place to spend the night and a hearty breakfast to start the day. We strive to help our guests experience the warm and unique South Louisiana culture.
Our large front porch faces historic River Road. The home sits alone on 5 acres, providing room to roam. While my husband Tom’s family lived here, they loved nothing more than to entertain guests. We want to honor that tradition at Auberge Du Chene Vert.
Auberg Du Chene Vert offers 3 newly decorated guest rooms, the Plantation Room, the Riverside Room and the Rum Room. Each has a private bath and offer lovely views of the property. A hot breakfast is prepared fresh each morning and served in our elegant dining room. We also offer our living room, dining room and outdoor area as a venue for meetings and social events.
